Adam the founder and owner of the company began his career in property at aged 16 as a junior negotiator at a local estate agents. A branch manager role followed at aged 18 whilst purchasing and selling his first property in the same year. Adam then became a full-time property trader in his early 20’s; buying, refurbishing, letting and selling properties across Bournemouth and Poole.

In the late 1990s, the decision was made to stop selling properties and to solely become a private landlord. To that end he purchased, built and converted a range of properties over the following years. This has now grown to a portfolio of some two hundred properties, both residential and commercial. These are predominantly in the Bournemouth & Poole area whilst also reaching as far West as Corfe Castle and as far North as Blandford.

The range of commercial tenants includes Connells, Belvoir, Natwest, Ladbrokes, through to start ups in our Pokesdown shops. Some of our blocks of flats and terraces of houses are leased to BCP Council & local Housing Associations. The majority of our properties are both managed and let by our in-house team. The company are also members of the NRLA and have worked closely with the Housing teams at BCP Council for decades.

 

One of our most recent and challenging projects has been the full renovation and refurbishment of two cottages near Corfe Castle. This has led us into the world of Serviced Accommodation, creating a new avenue of opportunity.

In August 2023, Max (22), the eldest of Adams' three sons, joined the company with an exciting and fresh approach to the business.

 

A relentless work ethic has continued to this day with the company now operating as two Companies: Adam Liddle Properties and Bournemouth & Poole Estates.
